This evening's clash between Virtus.pro and LDLC ended up being plagued by DDoS issues for the French players, which eventually culminated in an incident that saw LDLC receive and use more money than they should have had. FACEIT and LDLC have released their statements on the matter, indicating the possibility of a rematch. FACEIT Spring League 2014 match between Virtus.pro and LDLC was interrupted six times with DDoSing of several players from the French team. After one of those incidents and restoring the match to the score 14-14, LDLC's Hovik "KQLY" Tovmassian who had just reconnected received more money than he should have, using it to buy weapons for his teammates. The teams continued playing the match with LDLC eventually winning 16-14.
Virtus.pro brought up the issue to the organizers afterwards, and now FACEIT came out with the following statement that explained that the money bug occured due to a mod on the server:
